So, What’s Up with the Hype House Now?

A lot of the cast has moved out, including a fan-favorite TikTok couple.

While the Hype House’s most famous former members have been busy with their own non-TikTok pursuits (Addison’s all that, and we’re keeping up with the D’Amelios), the rest of the group hasn’t been far behind. Hype House follows members of the social media collab house as they navigate business, friendships and newly found fame in between fake weddings, skateboarding injuries and a little thing called, ahem, “p***ystunting.” But since filming wrapped in spring 2021, the makeup of the group has changed pretty dramatically — six members have since moved out of the house, and co-founder Thomas Petrou says he’s ready to bring in fresh faces. Read on to see who’s packed up their luxury vehicles and who’s still pranking by the pool.

Who’s Moved Out of the House?

Six Hype House members — Alex Warren, Kouvr Annon, Michael Sanzone, Connor “Paper” Yates, Calvin Goldby and Patrick Huston — have moved out of the house since filming wrapped. Sanzone was the first to leave, posting in August 2021 that though he’s left, he’s still a member of the group; he’s since claimed he’s “giving another content house a chance.” Sanzone hasn’t released any details about this new group, but the Hype House is in full support: Petrou commented on the TikTok that he “hope[s] to see everything succeed.”

The rest of the group moved out shortly after in October. In a November vlog, Hype House co-founder Thomas Petrou said there are no hard feelings with anyone who moved out, and they’re all still close. “Alex and Kouvr moved out because of everything going on in their lives, and Alex and I are very much still friends,” he says. “Kouvr and I are still very much friends, and they’re still part of Hype House. It wasn’t that we needed less people in this house, it was that living with 10 people was a lot, and Alex and Kouvr are adults in a serious relationship and they kind of needed their own space. It wasn’t this end of the world that everyone’s talking about.” Warren and Annon are still living together — though, sadly, they haven’t graduated from fake weddings to real ones.

Who’s Still In?

Now, just six people live in the house — Petrou, his girlfriend Mia Hayward, her brother Jake Hayward, Jack Wright, Vinnie Hacker and new addition Renata Ri. In the same November vlog, Petrou said he’s planning on adding more people to the group. But in the meantime, he’s renovating the current Hype House to create a more communal atmosphere, including a shared movie theater and game room.

What’s Up With the Rest of the Hype House?

The rest of the Hype House have been working on their own businesses. True to form, LILHUDDY’s been releasing music — he dropped his debut album, Teenage Heartbreak, in September 2021, which featured pop-punk heavyweights like Travis Barker and All-American Rejects’ Tyson Ritter (and yes, even Charli D’Amelio starred in a music video). Larray released his own line of mac and cheeses called Larray’s Loaded Mac and Cheese and dropped a merch collection called Girlies, featuring the group’s very own Vinnie Hacker. And Nikita Dragun has been focusing on her “rebirth.” “I need to lay to rest an old chapter of my life in order to birth a new one,” she wrote on Instagram. “One filled with gratitude, humility and the valuable lessons learned from past mistakes. I have given so much focus to my external transformation, and now it is time to focus on my internal transformation.”
